      <image:caption>Since I was young, I’ve enjoyed being of service to others.  From the time I was in college studying psychology, I was fascinated by human behavior. My classes fueled my interest in working with others.    Some of those opportunities included serving as:   long-term substitute teacher for students with disabilities career coach for hundreds of adults starting new careers board member for Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center Director of Strategic Partnerships developing fellowship opportunities for educators in STEM Team in Training participant for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society  Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for a foster youth Program Manager delivering career development opportunities to over a thousand youth Community Marketing Manager partnering with Stanford University’s Kappa Alpha Theta to help fund programs for foster children I knew I wanted to help others reduce challenges in their lives at a deeper level, so I became a Certified Life, and Health and Wellness Coach. I’m proud to be certified through the globally recognized ICF.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Central in my path to coaching was my belief in making health a priority.  In 2010 I decided to take on a personal mission of wellness to support my own physical, mental and spiritual health.  Through learning, setbacks, and continuous forward movement, I’m determined to keep that momentum going.    Healthy eating, running, hiking and strength training influence all aspects of my well-being. Leading an active lifestyle where I can be surrounded by nature is a big part of what motivates me to stay as healthy as I can.  I look forward to exploring what it is that motivates you!</image:caption>
